Pine Layout (pinelayout.pages.dev) is an online layout editor and AI image tool operated by Solhyang Design ("we"). By using the service you agree to these terms.
The editor is free to use. AI features (e.g. image generation, background removal, upscaling) consume prepaid credits that you buy as one-time purchases. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Credits are tied to your account, are not transferable and have no cash value. Credits are deducted when an AI feature is used. If an AI request fails, the credit is returned.
Do not upload or generate unlawful, infringing, hateful or harmful content, and do not abuse or attack the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You keep ownership of the files you upload and the results you create. You confirm that you have the rights to the content you upload.
Payments from Korea are processed by Toss Payments (KRW). Payments from other countries are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax and invoicing; Paddle's terms also apply to those purchases.
The service is provided "as is". AI results may be inaccurate; please review them before use. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the credits concerned.

파인 레이아웃(pinelayout.pages.dev)은 솔향디자인(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 온라인 레이아웃 편집기 및 AI 이미지 도구입니다. 서비스를 이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
편집기는 무료입니다. AI 기능(이미지 생성, 배경 제거, 화질 개선 등)은 일회성으로 구매하는 선불 크레딧을 사용합니다. 구독이나 자동 갱신은 없습니다.
구글 계정으로 로그인하며, 계정에서 일어난 활동의 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
크레딧은 계정에 귀속되며 양도할 수 없고 현금 가치가 없습니다. AI 기능을 쓸 때 차감되며, AI 요청이 실패하면 크레딧은 돌려드립니다.
불법·권리 침해·혐오·유해 콘텐츠의 업로드 또는 생성, 서비스 남용·공격을 금지합니다. 위반 시 계정을 정지할 수 있습니다.
업로드한 파일과 만든 결과물의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며, 업로드한 콘텐츠에 대한 권리가 있음을 확인합니다.
국내 결제는 토스페이먼츠(원화)로, 해외 결제는 판매 대행사(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle이 결제·세금·영수증을 처리하며 Paddle 약관이 함께 적용됩니다.
서비스는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. AI 결과는 부정확할 수 있으니 사용 전 확인하세요. 법이 허용하는 범위에서 회사의 책임은 해당 크레딧에 대해 이용자가 결제한 금액을 한도로 합니다.
